1. Scope of Service

SleepLoop is a high-performance optimization tool designed to help users track sleep consistency and recovery habits. It is provided for informational and personal development purposes only. SleepLoop is NOT a medical device, medical app, or clinical tool. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

SleepLoop Pro is a paid subscription service. We use Superwall to facilitate our paywall and entitlement delivery.

• All financial transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store credit card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.

3. Gamification Accountability

The XP, Streaks, and Biological Ranks systems are motivational tools. While we provide "Streak Freezes" and "Vacation Mode" to protect your progress, SleepLoop does not guarantee that data will be preserved indefinitely. We are not responsible for the loss of digital achievements resulting from technical updates, server errors, or user-initiated account deletion.

4. Account Deletion & Data

Users may delete their accounts at any time through the in-app settings or the web-based deletion portal. Deleting an account is permanent and will erase all earned achievements, history, and status. It does not automatically cancel an active subscription, which must be managed through the respective App Store settings.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use SleepLoop in compliance with all local laws and regulations and agree not to manipulate the app's logic or internal data systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Otherside Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
